Know your strength and respect them

Know your strength and respect them

Some guys from Mumbai created a group named "White Law-eater"; under which they want to spread the message that everyone has the freedom to live their life the way they wish to live, women does too. To prove it, this group of guys marched through the streets wearing women’s clothing. In Turkey too men had held protest by wearing women clothing, to stop violence against women. Every other day new videos are coming up to encourage women and to make them feel more strong and better. Are these videos really needed? Will they change the view men have towards women? No. Not until a woman always feels that she is strong; not until a woman starts respecting other woman too.

Why are woman thought to be weak and so are abused? Are women really physically and emotionally weak? No; not at all. After living in a house for eighteen years and then moving to a new house with new people after marriage is not easy. If she is emotionally weak then she would have never been able to leave her house and sometimes not only her house or city but even the country. Why is this so difficult for men when they are so strong? If her muscle strength is seen then she is way stronger.

First we have to stop discrimination in boy-girl. We are not able to round up two (men-women), then how are we going to understand all the others (eunuchs, lesbians, gays, etc.)? They are having their own war to get a place in this society.

The fact is that men are afraid to admit their weaknesses and women do not identify their own strength. If she hits her head in his or kick’s him between the legs, he will fall on the floor face down.

Woman’s adornments should not be seen as her weakness. Raziya Sultan and Rani Laxshmi Bae were covered in adornments when they picked the sword. It is irrelevant to make the style of clothing and physical appearance an issue. If every mother stops discrimination in her daughter and daughter-in-law, then every daughter-in-law will see her sister-in-law as her own sister and her mother-in-law as her own mother. Can we accept the fact that instead of men, women are the enemy against women?

If a man abuses a woman to prove he is powerful then it is also a truth that on every step a woman insults a woman, they do not support each other. Nature have made woman strong, what’s needed is that she understands her own strength and also respects’ other woman.

Key to success

The best ideas come from being active.

When starting a new job, if it will succeed or not depends on your idea about how it will work. If we give attention to a few things in every new work, success will walk with us.

1) An idea came, start working on it. When mistakes are made, fix them but do not give up.

2) Gather up information on the idea you are working on. Talk to people about your work. Do not hesitate to consult.

3) Do not go always go with your own thoughts. Become an inventor, not a consumer. Always think about how to make things better and more useful.

4) Keep yesterday’s thoughts in mind along with today's work/thoughts. Think big. Keep a big goal.

5) Keep an eye on the successes of others. Keep an eye on how they work and think. Look at how and where you made mistakes and where they did not. Do not hesitate to adopt the ideas of others for your needs.

6) Make a product according to the place; one product does not work everywhere. Create a product that with only slight changes can fulfill the needs of many.

7) Try to take risks sometimes. Walk in a different direction from the market; do something opposite from people’s expectations. Show creativity in shape and colors of your creation.

8) Resolve any problems immediately, do not leave it on tomorrow. Keep the “solving things immediately” as a habit; it will also help with new ideas.

Using these ways you will be able to move forward from your problems. To make your identity through your work, you need to give your 100% to your work.

How connected are we?

There was a time when we had only one channel on TV "Durdarshan". This channel had programs like; Nirmala, Godaan, Bharat aik khoj, Mahabharat, Ramayan, Hum log, Buniyad, Tamas, Jungle Book, Surbhi, Umang...

Every house had one TV. Each program and its each characters used to seem real to us. From upper class to lower class, every kid, youngster and elders used to wait for these programs with such excitement as if these characters were coming to meet only them. We could relate with each character, it seemed as if we knew them in person, whether it was Moogle from Jungle book or Chutki, badki or nanhe from Hum Log. On the name of music we had chitrhar that came only twice a week and rangolee that came every Sunday morning. When Doordarshan's news reader Sarla Maheshwari seemed like a daughter/daughter-in-law of our house. When we used to wait whole week for the Sunday movie.

Many times parents used to tell the children that there are certain programs/movies they cannot watch. There used to be a set time on which we could switch on TV.
Oh what those days were like...

Today in each room of the house there is a TV. Everyone has a TV on their mobiles and laptop. There are over fifty new channels today but we do not feel related to any of their news reader. There are over fifty channels for; music, movies, Kids... but we never stay on one channel for more than half an hour, we change it every few minutes. Each channel have tons of shows but we do not feel connected to any their characters. There is nothing family like on the so called family shows.

The truth is that these days we aren't even connected with ourselves, so how will one connect with others. We have created a rush all around. We want everything, even though there is no time to use those items.

"Once a villager had a rope in his hand that was tied to a cow. He was walking along with his educated son who was busy in his cellphone. The father asked, "Is the cow tied to me or am I tied to her?". The son replied, "The cow is yours. She is tied to you". The father asked, "If the rope slips out of my hold, then will the cow run towards me or will I run towards her?" The son stopped in his tracks. He understood that us humans are tied to technology, which is why we always running towards it."

Give me a guarantee

1) Western cloths are not allowed because they are the reason for rapes and eve-teasing.

This won't happen in saare or burka; you don't give a guarantee for that.

2) Do not go out late night.

Rapes and kidnapping won't happen at daytime; you don't give guarantee for that.

3) Whether its day or night, if you go out you should have a man from the family with you.

Inside the house, any family friend or a man from the family won't rape or abuse; you don't give guarantee for that.

4) Girls should not be given freedom. They should not get too educated, should not use cellphones and internet.

Six year old girls and those woman who are mentally delirious, are neither too educated nor uses cellphones or internet; but you still don't give a guarantee that they won't be raped.

5) Women should try not to get late night jobs.

They will be safe with their coworkers during day jobs; you don't give a guarantee for that.

6) Item songs and sexual scenes shown in films are the reason behind increasing crimes and criminal intentions towards women.

But if I only watch religious movies and only read religious book, even then you don't give a guarantee for my safety.

7) A woman should not have any relationship with other man before or after the marriage.

The man who made relationship with her also cheated his own faithful wife. You don't give a guarantee of punishing that man too.

8) Whether its a girl or a woman, she should not go out to theaters and outings with her friends.

We will be safe in festivals, weddings and celebrations at home, do you give a guarantee for that?

9) A girl who runs away from her house, whether to become an actress or to be with her lover; many of them are forced into prostitution.

A husband won't force his wife to sleep with his boss for promotion, a father, uncle or brother won't sell her; do you give a guarantee for that?

10) I give you my word that I will always listen to elders, whether they are my parents or in-laws and will never argue with them. Do you give a guarantee for my safety then?

It is said that what a woman says, sees or thinks during pregnancy affects the child in her womb. It is said the mother is the first teacher of every kid. So is the woman responsible for the law breaking men? Why is his sister different then him even though she's from the same womb? Every man wants a wife who is like his mother. In that case he should not think so.

The first word that comes on our tongue when we are in pain is mother. Every female, whether she is married or not, is a mother. Our society says that every girl (whose menses have not started) is a goddess, but even they aren't safe. Is man also staining the purity of goddesses? Why doesn't those "Saints" who raises tumults on God - Goddesses pictures and statutes, comes forward for those innocent girls.

So what do you want? Do you want that the female race should not exist, at all? A debate should be held between all the lawyers that are fighting for the rapists all over the country and all the lawyers who are fighting against them; after all lawyers are well educated people. Is it possible? And also all the famous media persons and judges should be present there. I give a guarantee, a solution will surely come out of it.

Let's do this.

The Free Circle

Electricity on cheap rate; free wi-fi and water; and around 10 lakh cctv. It's clear water on accurate rate that people need. When a woman is not safe in her
own house; how will cctv help her? Free Wi-Fi for whom? For those children who goes to schools that neither have four walls nor good enough teachers?

From last few years, Anil Ambani is ranked as no.1 Millionaire of Asia and India is ranked as no.2 country of Millionaires in world. India is the first country to reach to Mars at such low cost; has third largest army in the world; is known to be the biggest Democratic country,  and has the largest youth power. In the whole world, most of the famous companies prefers to have Indian engineers, doctors-nurses, and scientists. India has the world's longest electoral process in which millions of rupees are drained like water and India is on second rank in internet use. And yet we struggle for our basic needs such as clean water, maybe not 24 hours but at least 16 hours straight electric supply, well educated and responsible teachers and educational centers where there are separate washrooms for women.

It is said to be wrong when during elections of other states, money, blankets and liquor is distributed. Then why do people wants everything for free after the elections? The "Free" itself is wrong, whether you use it before the election or promises it for it after the elections.

Why do we always run for the free circle? Why do we always want Government to do things that are clearly capable enough do to ourselves? When we say that water dripping from taps in our house is unlucky then why when we see water wasting by overflowing taps by the side of a road, we do nothing? Wouldn't that be unlucky for the whole society and country? We do not want someone to steal from our house and yet we steal the tax money, and many more other things like these that harm's our country and society. For example; we don't want to keep our house dirty because them Lakshmi (money) won't step in our house, but then if our colony and town is dirty then won't it affect the whole country too? We are the ones who turned almost every corner of our country into a trashcan, other countries did not came here and did this to us.

We face away from our small responsibilities saying that government should take care of them. Which government? The one that changes every next five years? The one that lures us and makes false promises just to win our vote?

When are we going to understand that from the day of our birth to the day we die, neither do we change nor does our country. The place we live in is our home, and just as our home and the people that live in it with us are our responsibility, the same way the country our home  is in is our responsibility too. No government ever can completely succeed in their work, and no country can get preferment if it citizens does not start taking responsibility of small things.

If we don't want to give anyone anything for free, then why do we expect others to give us things for "Free"?
